Same Day Despatch

 

We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday before 1pm. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be shipped the next working day.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

 

Guaranteed Next Day Service - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Saturday.

 

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.

 

Deliveries to an alternative address

 

Not a problem. When ordering your items you will be asked for your blling address which should be the address your card is registered to and you will be given the option to provide a separate delivery address.
